Residential and Commercial Real Estate:
Our real estate practice includes assisting with the drafting of contracts and deeds for the sale and purchase of real estate, as well as leases and options to purchase. We work closely with Peninsula Title Company in the closing of real estate loans, reviewing all documents with our clients at the closing table.

Title Examination:
Title examination is a close inspection of all public records that affect the title to real estate that our clients either own, or are going to purchase. The search involves reviewing past deeds, wills, and trusts to make sure that title has passed correctly to each owner. We examine the public records at the Courthouse to determine what the status of title is prior to a purchase, clearing any liens or encumbrances of record to ensure that our clients have a clean title.
